Smart Sattva – Smart Self-Cleaning Water Bottles

At Smart Sattva, we strive to deliver premium-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Returns and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Return

A product is eligible for return only if it meets all of the following conditions:

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.

Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of usage, damage, or tampering.

Exchange Policy (Damaged Products Only)

We offer exchange only in case of damaged or defective products received at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for exchange:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging must be shared for verification.
  • Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product.

No exchange will be provided for damages caused due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.

Refund Policy
  • Refunds are applicable only for approved returns of unused products as per eligibility criteria.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
  • The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days after approval.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.

Return Shipping
  • In case of approved damaged product exchanges, return shipping will be arranged by Smart Sattva.
  • For standard returns (unused products), customers may be required to ship the product back at their own cost, unless stated otherwise.
Non-Returnable Items

Products will not be eligible for return or exchange if:

  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
  • The product has been used, washed, or altered.
  • Original packaging or accessories are missing.
